Clinical Account Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Consult with Human Resources and organizational liaisons about employee workplace performance issues and behavioral concerns
  • Assess workplace issues and behavioral concerns including crisis management and interventions
  • Engage with clients through different platforms including telephone, virtual, and potentially via live chat
  • Oversee administrative referrals made to CCA including formal, DOT-SAP, and safety sensitive referrals, providing feedback and ongoing recommendations
  • Execute CISD coordination, tracking, scheduling, finalization, and documentation
  • Coordinate with and prep clinical on EAP fulfillment and special program delivery
  • Potential to provide additional manager consult coverage support when primary Account Executives are not available
  • Participate in high-level consultation conference calls and partner with stakeholders and teammates on action planning as needed

Job Requirements & Skills:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent clinical experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in organizational development, I/O psychology, clinical psychology, social work, account management, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Employee Assistance Programs or related field preferred
  • Solid and relevant clinical, substance abuse, or behavioral health experience required; Active mental health license/certifications strongly preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Acumen for exceptional customer service delivery and relationship building
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Detail-oriented
  • EAP experience preferred
