CCA Introduces Video Counseling

CCA now offers video counseling. Video counseling provides convenient access to members who live in rural areas, have difficulty scheduling in-person appointments, or prefer the video format.


Members can access video counseling services through the program’s toll free HelpLine. Video counseling is appropriate for a wide range of issues, but not all concerns or conditions can be addressed through this platform.

A CCA counselor will conduct an initial telephone assessment and arrange counseling sessions with a mental health professional licensed in the member’s state of residence. The CCA counselor continues to provide case management and coordinate services as needed.

All the member needs is a desktop, laptop, or tablet with a high speed internet connection, microphone, and webcam.
