Manendra Bhugra, LMSW

Vice President, Organizational Development & Learning

Manendra Bhuga, Vice President, Organizational Development & Learning, is an experienced counselor and trainer. Manendra utilizes her clinical background to design and deliver Learning and Development programs that address strategic, operational and technical client needs. She has deep knowledge and proven proficiency in adult learning principles, expertise in designing workshops, and the ability to lead and facilitate groups in diverse client industries including financial services, higher education, health care, legal, non-profit, entertainment, public sector, utilities, and others. Leveraging various mediums from traditional classroom and facilitated workshops, through mentoring, counseling and coaching, to peer and self-directed learning, as well as e-learning and digital media learning solutions, Manendra has extensive experience in configuring, managing and facilitating development programs and learning journeys.

Manendra earned a M.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University, and qualifications in Instructional Design from New York University.
