About our presenter:
Valerie Carroll, LCSW is a Learning and Development Specialist at CCA. Valerie is responsible for facilitating CCA Learning Programs on a wide range of topics in the areas of HR Compliance and Risk Management, Management Skills, and Workplace Effectiveness. Valerie has extensive clinical experience working with employees with a range of mental health challenges. When training on the subject, she tailors each session to the participants in the room, bringing an individualized approach to the learning process. While every training session has a developed curriculum and structure, Valerie offers each one a unique touch, based on the needs of the participants.
