Return to the workplace support: resources, consulting, coaching, and training in areas including:

    • Ensuring workplace safety
    • Mandates regarding vaccines and travel restrictions
    • Psychological preparedness for new variants and future waves
    • Trainings to help employees manage anxiety and share information
    • Individual counseling support for employees, human resources, and leadership
    • Virtual support groups

As well as ongoing support for essential workers, including:

      • Onsite and virtual counseling
      • Webinars and support groups
      • Trauma and burnout prevention
      • Self-care and stress management strategies
      • Tips for leaders supporting essential workers

    • Participation in C suite “town halls” to communicate concern for employees and information on accessing help and resources
    • Weekly communication on COVID-related topics with reminders about EAP services
    • Educational materials, on several subjects, in a range of formats
    • Live Webinars to help employees manage anxiety, create a sense of community, and share information
