CCA Supports the Fight Against Racism

CCA condemns injustice and discrimination of any kind. We stand in solidarity against the murder of George Floyd, and others. We reaffirm our commitment to live by our values and cultivate workplaces that nurture equality, diversity, and respect.

We will be working within our own firm, as well as with our clients to:

  • Encourage employees to speak up if they experience or witness intolerance, mistreatment or bias of any kind.
  • Help create an inclusive work environment for everyone. Build a culture that seeks different perspectives and respects different points of view and communication styles. Initiate training, policies, and practices that support inclusion.
  • Encourage staff to process their feelings. This can all feel overwhelming, especially for members of marginalized groups. Initiate process groups in your firm to encourage safe, open dialogue. Promote your mental health resources for those that may need additional support.
