Sarit Tepper, LMHC

Sarit is the Director of Intake Operations at CCA, where she oversees the Access Line, manages Intake Counselors, and leads recruitment, training, and quality assurance to ensure members receive timely, high-quality support. She previously served as an EAP Counselor at CCA, providing short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and on-site support, and also has experience in outpatient substance abuse treatment, where she counseled diverse populations, supervised interns, and led adolescent programs. Outside of CCA, Sarit has a part-time private practice, supporting clients with anxiety, self-growth, and relationship challenges.
