Eileen Mendez

Director, Client Services

Eileen Mendez, Director, Client Services, brings experiences in strategy, development, and education around work-life programs. At CCA, she oversees the Account Management team, supports the global business portfolio, and provides strategic, operational leadership for Account Management. Additionally, Eileen serves as an external consultant to clients on a host of organizational topics including employee relations, crisis response, behavioral health, risk management, leadership development, team building, recruitment, and retention.

Eileen holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from City College and a Master in Public Administration from Baruch College.
