The Hybrid Model – Onsite Counselors

Our EAP Hybrid model offers regularly scheduled counselors at your worksite. This strengthens the external EAP with an onsite internal program. Onsite EAP counselors provide employees and HR with easy access to mental health professionals who are familiar with their organization and understand their culture.
