Vice President, Client Services
John Tucker, Vice President, Client Services, has extensive expertise in organizational operations with over 20 years of progressive experience providing and overseeing both HR and EAP account services and operations. At CCA, John assists clients in setting their strategic vision and establishing procedures and protocols to best met their needs. Additionally, John specializes in the management of large accounts, including implementation and promotion, trend analysis, and managing the oversight and delivery of onsite counselors, services, and high-risk and DOT/SAP cases.
John received his B.A. in Psychology and Masters in Social Work Management from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
