SVP Business Development
Senior Vice President Business Development, has more than 35 years of experience helping employees manage their personal and professional lives. At CCA, Georgia contributes to the strategic direction and growth of the firm by designing EAP, Learning & Development and Coaching solutions, programs, and services for our client organizations. Also, as a key contributor on CCA’s Leadership Team, Georgia integrates her background in client service work and business management to enhance management performance through coaching and providing training and consultations on workplace issues that includes performance management, crisis management, workplace violence, HR compliance and EEO matters, substance abuse, and stress management.
Georgia is licensed in mental health by the State of New York and certified by CCA’s coaching and educational program. She is also certified by the Hogan Institute. Georgia holds a M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oneonta. Georgia is a member of WorldatWork, Association of Work/Life Professionals, Employee Assistance Professionals Association, Human Resources Association of New York, Society of Human Resources Management, and The Human Resource Planning Society.
