Meet José

José A. Hevia, MSW, LCSW, LP

Director, EAP Counselors

José A. Hevia, Director, EAP Counselors, is a licensed clinical social worker who brings over 25 years’ experience in the mental health field. José manages the CCA counseling staff and provides them with clinical, administrative supervision and training. José works closely with CCA Account Executive team in order to help client companies create and promote a positive, sustainable workplace.

José holds a Master in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University. He also has a post-graduate certificate in Psychoanalysis from the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies and a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work from the National Association for Social Workers. José is affiliated with the Academy of Clinical Social Workers; he is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New York and New Jersey and a Licensed Psychoanalyst in New York State.
