Healthcare Division Director
Healthcare Division Director, has more than 25 years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in nursing with a clinical focus on pediatrics and maternal child health. At CCA, Michelle provides nursing through leadership and strategic direction to the development and implementation of wellbeing solutions for healthcare professionals, notably nurses. Further, she collaborates with national nurse leader subject matter experts to co-create wellbeing program on topics including suicide prevention, moral resilience, leadership wellness, among others.
Michelle earned a B.S in Business Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She holds a Master’s in Nursing from Regis College, with a specialty in nursing leadership, and has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The George Washington University School of Nursing. Additionally, Michelle is a published author in several peer review nursing journals and an active member in the Organization of Nurse Leaders in New England.
