CCA Response to COVID-19 – Helping Hospitals

During this critical and trying time, CCA is committed to increasing access to emotional support for all those on the front lines, working tirelessly to help others. Having been in the field for over 35 years, we know the healthcare industry and understand the unprecedented challenges it is now facing. As a way to give back throughout this period of tremendous need and uncertainty, we are making our virtual resources available to healthcare organizations, free of charge.

CCA Services for the Health Care Industry

As a Behavioral Health Care firm with extensive experience serving hospital systems, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals, CCA has been ahead of the curve in providing targeted COVID-19 resources to healthcare professionals and their loved ones, as well as to HR and managers. We are now offering complimentary access to two pathways of support:

Virtual support groups for those in leadership positions—led by training professionals who are also licensed clinicians, these groups are designed to provide a forum for leaders to air questions and concerns and receive information and guidance related to:

  • Adapting organizational policies and strategies to support the workforce
  • Leading during times of crisis
  • Mental health and behavioral risk concerns
  • Organizational safety and wellbeing
  • Psychological preparedness

Interactive webinars—these dynamic sessions are customized to address particular areas of concern as well as to target specific groups such as nurses, doctors, non-clinical personnel, and families of healthcare providers. Topics include:

  • Stress management and resilience
  • Secondary stress and compassion fatigue
  • Coping with health concerns as a healthcare professional
  • Self-care for caregivers

We are all in this fight together. CCA welcomes the opportunity to discuss these offerings in more depth and determine which would be of greatest benefit to your organization. To learn more, please contact CCA at 212 – 686 – 6827 or via email at
